how it started

TWO FRIENDS, ONE TOW TRUCK

Hank Calloway and Russ Teal were running a two-bay repair shop outside Ridgeline, Nevada, specializing in one thing: keeping retired land-speed racers from the nearby salt flats running long after everyone else had moved on. Collectors started asking them to find cars, not just fix them — and the shop became a showroom almost by accident.

Straight From The Founder

A WORD FROM HANK

Every car that comes through here gets driven before it gets sold — not just started up in the shop. If it can’t handle a real road, it’s not ready for yours.

A car that’s afraid to be driven isn’t really vintage — it’s just old.
