TWO FRIENDS, ONE TOW TRUCK
Hank Calloway and Russ Teal were running a two-bay repair shop outside Ridgeline, Nevada, specializing in one thing: keeping retired land-speed racers from the nearby salt flats running long after everyone else had moved on. Collectors started asking them to find cars, not just fix them — and the shop became a showroom almost by accident.

Mile 0 — 1971
Two Friends, One Tow Truck
Hank and Russ start buying and reviving retired racers out of their two-bay shop.
Mile 12 — 1984
The First Long Haul
The first cross-country delivery — a ’57 Bel Air, driven and handed over to a collector in Maine.
Mile 28 — 2003
A New Driver At The Wheel
Hank’s daughter, Jo, takes over the business and writes down the inspection standard for the first time.
Mile 55 — 2026
Car Number 641
Our 641st car finds a new home — this one shipped clear across the Atlantic.
